A government-mandated teacher training initiative spanning 30 complete courses across two distinct production formats.
15 courses required full on-location video production in Jeddah — shoot coordination, talent, and full post-production.

Our Methodology
Discovery & Architecture
We mapped all 30 courses by format, duration, talent requirements, and interdependencies. A master production calendar was designed for both tracks running in parallel.
Dual-Team Setup
We built two independent specialist units: Team A for on-location shooting and montage (8 editors + 1 PM), Team B for motion graphics animation (8 animators + 1 PM).
Production Execution
Team A executed filming sessions in Jeddah. Team B developed storyboards, style guides, and animation sequences. Both operated under weekly milestone reviews.
Post-Production & Delivery
Video editing, color grading, audio balancing, and motion graphics rendering ran in parallel. A structured review cycle ensured governmental quality compliance.
